These rooms are just below the antique house, (Rumah Pusaka), close to the infinity swimming pool, the cliff and the “Restaurant at the Edge of the Universe”. Semar is the name of a legendary, Javanese hero who is a funny, little fat servant-clown who is secretly the most powerful of the gods. He is a favorite character in the classic, shadow-puppet dramas (wayang kulit). The view of the cliff to the south of these rooms looks like Semar’s head.
